Experience Designer Lead

Hybrid role, 3 days in office.
Pay Rate: $40 to 55/hr. on W2 ONLY
Length of Assignment: 6 Months Contract to Hire role
Function of the Group: User experience for digital servicing solutions.
Initiatives/Projects: Shopping functionality.
Industry background: User Experience, Design Strategy, or Human Centered Design background.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Balance design strategy with hands-on execution to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs across multiple product areas.
Identify problems and goals, map user flows, and prototype interactions.
Promote relationships across teams, through shared roadmaps and a unified vision for customer-focused outcomes; guide and mentor designers by creating design objectives, goals and delivery timelines.
Design frameworks, systems, and components that aim to deliver consistent UX across a range of user touchpoints.
Apply your UI and UX skills to an established product.
Drive continuity between UX prototypes and end-user experience; monitor and review development execution and design approvals.
Support user observation, research, and analysis to understand the challenges of our customers.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
Must Have Technical Skills (10 - 20 years of Experience Required):
1. Expert in FIGMA,
2. Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint,

Flex Skills/Nice to Have: Design strategy & User Mapping
Education/Certifications: Bachelor s Degree required.
Pre-Screening Questions:
1. Describe your knowledge in creating experiences in digital channels, i.e., desktop and mobile app experience.
Interview Process: Two Rounds: 1. 30 minutes interview 2. 1 hour portfolio review.
