Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We're seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a well-established independent repair shop in Santa Monica. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, working alongside a talented team, and helping deliver an outstanding service experience.
You'll be joining a busy, modern shop with strong processes, advanced technology, ongoing training, and a supportive, drama-free culture where employees are valued and set up for long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service from check-in through vehicle delivery
- Write accurate repair estimates and communicate repair recommendations clearly
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently
- Order parts and coordinate with technicians throughout the repair process
- Keep customers informed with timely updates
- Utilize Tekmetric shop management software and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
- Help create a welcoming, professional experience for every customer
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of automotive service advisor experience
- Experience with Tekmetric is a plus
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Friendly, team-oriented personality that thrives in a collaborative environment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop
- Dependable, reliable, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience
