We are seeking an experience Account Manager to provide high-quality, efficient support to our sales associates, primarily supporting a team located in the Pacific Time Zone. The ideal candidate will bring experience in promotional products, print solutions, product sourcing, and exceptional customer service, along with working knowledge of commonsku. In this role, you will help sales associates grow their business through strategic product recommendations, marketing support, and order management.
Responsibilities include processing purchase orders and sales orders, performing daily data entry based on program requirements, troubleshooting client issues, and delivering outstanding service that ensures client satisfaction and long-term success.

Education and/or Experience
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 4-5 years of account management experience within the print, promotional products, or branded merchandise industry, with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and support sales growth.
Preferred: Associate degree in business management, or sales and marketing preferred; as well as four or more years' company or industry experience or an equivalent combination of the two.
Competencies
Must possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, understand computer technology and terms and have experience working with internet based programs and email. Strong working knowledge of commonsku.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, purchase orders, vouchers and invoices. Must be able to effectively write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with vendors, customers, fellow employees, management and Sales Associates of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
