This on-site position in Milwaukee offers a 0.5 FTE, working 20 hours weekly, primarily during weekday shifts between 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM, with holiday and weekend inpatient rotations.
Responsibilities include monitoring, evaluating, and educating patients in Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Supervised Exercise Therapy for PAD, chronic disease management, and prevention programs.
Preferred qualifications include an internship in cardiopulmonary rehab, a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology or related field (Master's preferred), and certifications such as ACSM or Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist. BLS certification is required within 90 days, and ACLS within a year.
