MercyFirst is a not-for-profit human and social service agency that has been serving children and families in need since we were founded by the Sisters of Mercy/Hermanas de las Misericordia in 1894. Today our agency continues to address the emotional and physical needs of children and families in Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and across Long Island through innovative treatments and life-changing interventions. We provide community-based prevention and family foster care services, group homes in the community for struggling children and families within the child welfare and juvenile justice systems, and short-term residential services for unaccompanied migrant children. DESCRIPTION:
MercyFirst is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic leader with extensive experience in child and family clinical services to serve as the Executive Vice President of Integrated Health. The role will report directly to the CEO, is part of the executive leadership team, and will be responsible for the oversight of all MercyFirst medical health and behavioral health services and programs in alignment with Medicaid Managed Care requirements and evidence-based, best practices. These programs include Medicaid 29-I services to child welfare programs as well as Care Management/Health Homes and Clinical Support Program.
The position will serve as a lead partner in the implementation of the Electric Health Record (EHR) software and will provide direct supervision and work closely with our Medical Director and Clinical Director. This person will work collaboratively with the CEO and the Executive Vice President of Performance and Quality Improvement to implement a data driven work culture and meet service, data, and financial objectives. A minimum of 10 years of experience, as well as in-depth knowledge of child and family services that align with these goals are required. This is a hybrid position and will require travel as needed to MercyFirst locations.

Salary:
$125,000 - $140,000 Per Year
Hiring Incentive of $1,000 after 500 worked hours.
