The role involves providing market intelligence, monitoring industry trends, and managing multiple open positions nationally.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of executive sourcing experience, proficiency in sourcing tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across diverse teams. Preferred experience includes executive search and employer branding. The position offers a salary range of $110,000-$125,000, benefits, and bonus eligibility.
