solutions. Originally conceptualized and established by Total
Administrative Systems Corp (TASC), a benefits TPA, our company was

tangible impact on our future. The Opportunity We're looking for an
Executive Support Specialist to work closely with our CEO, ensuring that
his time, tasks, and priorities are effectively managed. This is a
highly visible and trusted role that requires exceptional organization,
discretion, and communication skills. You'll be a key force behind the
scenes-helping orchestrate operations and supporting strategic execution
across the company. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced administrative
support and assistance to the CEO. Manage a dynamic and often complex
calendar, using independent judgment to prioritize and resolve
scheduling conflicts. Coordinate leadership meetings including agenda
creation, material preparation, detailed notetaking, and follow-up on
action items. Track and manage action items on behalf of the CEO,
ensuring progress and accountability. Collaborate with leadership to
execute company-wide initiatives and support strategic goals. Draft and
edit correspondence, presentations, and documentation; research and
compile materials for executive decision-making. Promote an environment
of trust, discretion, and teamwork across the organization. Required
Qualifications Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and related
administrative tools. Associate degree in Business Administration, or
equivalent experience. At least 3 years of professional experience in
executive support or a high-level administrative role. Preferred
Qualifications Exceptional organizational and time management skills
with the ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to improve or create new
processes. Business acumen and the confidence to make independent
decisions. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate
needs and follow through on complex tasks. Professional communication
skills (written and verbal), able to engage effectively with internal
and external stakeholders. Enthusiasm for learning the business and
