Ralph Brennan's Red Fish Grill has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our talented culinary team. Our chefs source and purchase the best local and regional ingredients to prepare and serve menus rooted in the freshest Gulf Seafood.
About the Job:
As Executive Sous Chef, you will assist in creating and execute contemporary, seasonal seafood dishes with enthusiasm, precision and detail. You will oversee all stations in the kitchen, jump in when needed and work as Expeditor to ensure consistency for our guests. You will lead & mentor our culinary staff and actively participate in menu planning and dish creation. The Red Fish Grill Executive Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Chef to maintain the highest quality and standards in the daily operations of the restaurant.
