They act as a strategic talent advisor, building market maps, sourcing Senior Director and VP-level candidates, developing tailored outreach strategies, and screening candidates against role requirements.
Collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers is key to align on talent needs and market insights. The role involves delivering detailed sourcing documentation and managing multiple requests with accuracy and responsiveness.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of sourcing experience, especially in executive-level talent, market mapping, and sourcing within MAANG or mid-sized tech companies, with backgrounds in executive search firms.
Note: Focus is on top-of-the-funnel sourcing, not full-cycle recruiting or stakeholder management.
