The Executive Secretary-PC/FM supports Highland Family Medicine by serving as a liaison with medical staff, shared services, and related offices.
Responsibilities include onboarding providers, assisting with faculty appointments, and providing primary support to department leaders.
The role manages calendars, clinical schedules, and maintains confidentiality, demonstrating professionalism and strong communication skills.
Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience, at least 3 years of administrative support (medical staff credentialing experience preferred), and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other relevant software.
Notary Public certification is required or obtained within 3 months.
This full-time position serves adults, with 40 hours/week during daytime hours in Rochester, requiring excellent multitasking, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
