Titles: Executive Secretaries and Administrative Assistants
Duration:  Contract
Location: Kingston NY, 12401
Shift Timings: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)
Pay: USD 20/hr-USD 22/hr

Position summary:

The candidate will handle data entry, document processing, scheduling, and customer communication while using tools like Microsoft Office and virtual platforms. The position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while managing both physical and electronic records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
  • Handle physical and electronic filing (organizing folders, scanning, document management)
  • Manage email correspondence and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide reception desk coverage, including answering calls and assisting visitors.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic communication skills (email, phone, customer interaction)
  • Experience with general office duties (filing, scanning, faxing, mail handling)
 Preferred Qualification:
  • Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or customer service role.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and virtual service platforms.
  • Familiarity with case management or application processing systems.
  • Experience in a government or public service environment (e.g., ACCES-VR)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document processing.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries and scheduling appointments.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
