Our client located in Austin, TX has an immediate need for an Executive Relocation Assistant over the next month to month and a half. While you will have regular business hours this will require some flexibility during key moments of the move.

Executive Relocation Assistant Role:
A CEO relocating from Austin to Los Angeles is seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Executive Relocation Assistant to help manage personal relocation logistics and household transition activities during a busy operational period.
This individual will serve as a key support resource, helping oversee the day-to-day coordination of move related activities so the executive can remain focused on business operations. The role requires someone comfortable working independently, managing vendors, coordinating schedules, and handling sensitive responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with organizing, tracking, and coordinating moving timelines and logistics
Coordinate movers, packers, cleaners, donation pickups, and other vendors
Help oversee packing and move day operations at the residence
Run local errands and assist with transition related tasks as needed
Coordinate utility setup, internet installation, and other household service arrangements remotely for the new Los Angeles residence
Photograph and post household items for sale through Facebook Marketplace and similar platforms
Communicate with prospective buyers, coordinate pickups, and manage transactions
Maintain organized task lists and provide regular progress updates
Work independently while coordinating with the COO as needed for support and approvals
Executive Relocation Assistant Background Profile:
Prior experience in executive support, personal assistant work, relocation coordination, household management, or similar high responsibility support roles preferred
Clean background required as this role will involve access to the executives residence
Ability to have a flexible schedule when required
Experience using Facebook Marketplace or similar resale platforms strongly preferred
Highly organized with strong follow through and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Tech savvy and comfortable using shared documents, scheduling tools, text communication, and online platforms
Must be trustworthy, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information appropriately
