A family office is looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant to support the Principal. The office is located in a separate building on the family estate/vineyard. The role will be part of a team. There is an Estate Manager and household staff. The role is 5 days in office. The current assistant is leaving to be near family and will assist with the transition.
About the Job:
¨Manage and screen all communication for Principal: e-mails, phone calls, messages, visitors.
¨Transcribe dictation, e-mails, memos, articles.
¨Manage Principal’s professional and social calendar
¨Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international
¨Plan and organize events for social and professional functions
¨Liaise with the corporate headquarters in another city
¨Work closely with household staff to ensure the smooth running of the estate and help when necessary (research and hire vendors when needed)
¨Keep meticulous records and maintain an organized filing system
About You:
¨Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role
¨BA/BS from a college or university a plus
¨Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
¨Experience booking international travel
¨Strong writing and proofreading skills
¨Understand the importance of confidentiality
¨Able to work independently
¨A good sense of humor is always helpful
