This role serves as a key partner to the Regional Head in driving operational performance across Haidilao’s U.S. restaurant network.
The position focuses on data-driven performance analysis, cross-functional coordination, and operational improvement initiatives, ensuring consistent execution and sustainable profitability across locations.

· Act as a strategic liaison between the Regional Head, functional departments, and restaurant General Managers to ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives.
· Analyze restaurant performance data (sales, labor, costs, customer feedback) and generate actionable insights to drive business decisions.
· Identify underperforming locations and support turnaround plans with clear metrics and timelines.
· Develop and maintain performance dashboards and evaluation frameworks.
· Partner with restaurant leadership to diagnose operational issues and implement improvement strategies.
· Support new store openings by tracking KPIs and stabilizing early-stage performance.
· Lead or assist in operational training programs aimed at improving efficiency and profitability.
· Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and online reviews, and drive response and improvement strategies.
· Evaluate General Manager performance using data and operational indicators.
· Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective communication and execution of key initiatives.
· Prepare business reviews, performance summaries, and operational reports to support leadership decision-making.
· Consolidate findings from store audits, performance evaluations, and operational inspections, and translate them into actionable insights.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business actions.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or BI tools preferred
· Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to travel as needed.
· Bachelor’s degree required; background in Business, Operations, or related fields preferred.
· 2–5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, business analysis, or similar roles.
· Experience in multi-unit operations (restaurant/retail/hospitality) is a strong plus.
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese required.
