    Job Summary:


    The Executive Manager provides strategic leadership and oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization or a specific business unit. This role is responsible for developing business strategies, managing budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and driving organizational growth while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals.
    • Lead and supervise department managers and staff.
    • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
    • Drive business development initiatives and identify new growth opportunities.
    • Resolve high-level operational and personnel issues.
    • Present business performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership or the board.
