What You'll Do
- Own the kitchen: daily operations, execution, quality, and culture start and end with you
- Lead and develop a high-performing BOH team that delivers consistency on every cover
- Uphold food quality and presentation standards that guests notice and come back for
- Build a back of house your team is genuinely proud to work in
- Partner with front of house leadership to ensure seamless, guest-first service
- Manage food cost, ordering, inventory, and operational systems with precision
- Maintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards
What You Bring
- Current salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- A genuine passion for culinary excellence and hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop kitchen teams at every level
- Strong command of kitchen systems, processes, and execution standards
