We're looking for a senior operator to step in as Executive in Residence - CX u0026amp; Operations on a fixed-term basis while our Head of CX is on temporary leave.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eYou'll hold full executive accountability for the organization - leading the team, owning H2 goals, driving product partnership, and ensuring operational continuity across a fast-moving, regulated financial services environment.
