We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations of our hotel. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team of housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
  • Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained
  • Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Respond to guest complaints and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience
 
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a hotel setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a team of housekeeping staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
