Executive Host – Temporary Event Opportunity

PrincePerelson is seeking polished, friendly, and dependable individuals to join our team as Executive Hosts for exclusive 2-day executive events held at the beautiful Lodges at Deer Valley in Park City, Utah.
This is a unique opportunity to network with high-level professionals and C-suite executives while working in an upscale resort environment. Perfect for individuals who enjoy customer service, hospitality, event support, and professional interaction.
Event Dates:
• July 13–14
• July 27–28
• August 10–11
• September 14–15
• September 21–22
• September 28–29
• October 12–13
• October 26–27
What You'll Do:
• Welcome and assist executive guests throughout the event
• Support meeting coordination and follow-up communication
• Utilize iPads and event technology systems
• Provide a polished, professional, and personable experience for attendees
• Help ensure meetings and schedules run smoothly throughout the day
What We're Looking For:
• Reliable transportation to Deer Valley Resort
• Ability to arrive onsite by 6:30 AM
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with executives and high-level professionals
• Strong time management and ability to follow directions
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use iPads and connect to WiFi systems
• Ability to walk throughout the resort as needed
Preferred availability is for both event days.
