Executive Front Desk Coordinator - Real Estate Management

Location: Essex County, NJ (East Orange / Bloomfield area)

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office

Compensation: $22-$27 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary

We are seeking a sharp, professional, and highly organized Executive Front Desk Coordinator to manage front office operations in a fast-paced real estate environment. This individual will serve as the first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining a polished, professional office atmosphere.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who takes pride in organization, communication, and execution. The Executive Front Desk Coordinator supports multiple departments and represents the organization with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, tenants, and vendors
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming front office environment at all times
  • Screen and route communications efficiently to appropriate departments
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and internal communications
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Provide administrative support to management, leasing, and accounting teams
  • Manage office organization, document handling, and data entry with high accuracy
  • Proactively identify and resolve day-to-day operational needs

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative, front desk, or office coordination experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and problem-solving mindset
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
