We are looking for an experienced ED to create a culture of teamwork to care for our residents and operate this AL/MC community efficiently. Located in the heart of Woburn, this delightful 107-unit assisted living and memory care property

EXPERTISE REQUIRED
Leadership: to oversee, encourage, and mentor the staff including sales, nursing, activities, dining, maintenance and housekeeping.
Sales: to direct and be a part of the sales and marketing team, accountable for results including referral development and external relationship development.
Business attitude: to understand that you are running a big business and will be held responsible for its financial and operational performance. And you will be rewarded accordingly.
Compassion and care: to deal with families and residents to ensure the well-being of residents and peace of mind for families.
Communication: Strong ability to communicate, network with the community and healthcare providers, and conduct family meetings, addressing concerns and building trust with residents and all internal and external stakeholders
