The Executive Director role is a mission-driven leadership position supporting the campus alongside the Executive Campus Pastor.

The role involves collaborating closely with the campus team to align ministries, systems, and staff with the broader church vision, overseeing areas such as Kids, Students, Family, Worship, Outreach, and Care.
It combines pastoral leadership with executive management to promote spiritual health, operational excellence, and growth.
Qualifications include proven leadership experience, strategic and administrative skills, pastoral maturity, and at least 10 years of senior leadership with staff supervision.
A master’s degree in ministry, theology, leadership, or related fields is preferred.
