The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle, high-level mastery in program management, and experience with cross-functional team roles in clinical-stage drug development.Candidates for this position at the company should have a BS/BA degree in a relevant life science or related field, with advanced degrees or PMP certification preferred. A minimum of 7 years' of relevant hands-on pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience is required, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
