The successful candidate will be a key leader in managing highly technical, cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of clinical development programs. This includes overseeing and managing program-related scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, risks, and communications. The role involves developing and leading program management activities, translating goals into detailed project tasks, and providing continuous support to teams in tracking and monitoring project progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle, high-level mastery in program management, and experience with cross-functional team roles in clinical-stage drug development.Candidates for this position at the company should have a BS/BA degree in a relevant life science or related field, with advanced degrees or PMP certification preferred. A minimum of 7 years' of relevant hands-on pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience is required, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
