Requirements for this Executive Director job

• To excel as the Full-Time Executive Director at The Gardens at Quail Springs, you'll need a unique blend of skills and experience.
• Excellent communication skills are a must; you'll be the bridge between residents, staff, and families, ensuring everyone feels heard and valued.
• A college degree is required, with a preference for a bachelor's in Health Care Administration, Gerontology, Business Administration, or a related field, setting you up for success in this dynamic role.
• If applicable, possessing an Assisted Living Manager's Certification is essential, along with being a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in facilities where required.
• Your background should include at least three years of experience in a supervisory capacity within a health-related community, allowing you to lead with confidence and compassion.
