Overview
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, this position will lead training initiatives that drive performance and change management throughout Yale Medical Group. Partnering with Senior Leadership, Yale University Human Resources and YNHH Training leadership, this position will focus on improving organizational performance by creating and facilitating training processes and methodologies to support the organizational strategies of building a high performance organization.
Required Skills and Abilities
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation communications skills. High level of consultative, collaboration and teamwork skills. Ability to partner with client groups and HR team.
Ability to interact and influence at all levels from individual contributors to senior leadership. Strategic planning experience in organizational development.
Strong conceptual analytic and systems thinking abilities with extensive project management and planning skills. Proven track record of professionalism, adaptability, taking initiative, leading, influencing and multitasking.
Ability to design, develop, an implement effective institution wide, strategies, processes, and initiatives in lead innovation and change. Knowledge of current principles, practices, end trends in leadership in management as they apply to development, performance, and culture.
Ability to assess organizational, in leadership development needs and formulate long term planning strategies and initiatives. Experience and vendor selection and management.
