Oversees the operation, maintenance, repair, and improvement of campus and center facilities, infrastructure, grounds, recycling, utilities, fleet, and related support systems. The position provides leadership for physical plant operations, facilities personnel, deferred maintenance activities, capital improvement and infrastructure projects, and campus planning initiatives. Works collaboratively with campus leadership, departments, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to support institutional operations and development while ensuring facilities are safe, efficient, functional, and compliant with applicable regulations and institutional standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience.
EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities operations, physical plant management, construction coordination, or related field.
