In this role, you will:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Case Management department.
- Support and guide department managers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Improve care coordination and resource utilization across the patient journey.
- Ensure care is safe, timely, and aligned with the organization's values and goals.
We're looking for someone who brings:
- A Bachelor's in Nursing and an active RN license in California.
- A Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification in Case Management (ACM or CCM) is a plus.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in hospital-based case management.
