Executive Director

A well-established continuing care retirement community in the Triangle area is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead all aspects of operations across independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing. This leader will oversee financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident experience while partnering with the board and leadership team to guide strategic growth, support staff, and foster a mission-driven, collaborative culture. Senior living leadership experience is required, multi-level care oversight preferred, and a Nursing Home Administrator license is a plus.
