The Executive Director provides leadership and oversight for a specific location, ensuring high-quality care and services for residents. They are responsible for managing organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance, as well as organizing and monitoring departmental operations.
Requirements include:
- Being 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license or state ID
- Successful drug screening
- Background check within company standards
- High school diploma or higher (LPN or Bachelor's preferred)
- CPR & First Aid certification or completion within 30 days
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
