The Opportunity<\/b>
<\/div>
Mainspring Recovery is seeking an experienced Executive Director to serve as the senior operational leader for its Lynchburg facility. This is a high -impact leadership role responsible for translating organizational strategy into day -to -day execution across all facility departments, including Clinical, Medical, Residential, and Support Services. The Executive Director ensures regulatory compliance, financial performance, and exceptional client care while developing the leaders and teams that make it all possible.

What You'll Do<\/b>

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight across all facility operations, ensuring alignment with <\/span>Mainspring<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>Recovery's mission, values, and standards of care
    <\/li>
  • Oversee the performance and professional development of Directors and department leaders across all levels of care
    <\/li>
  • Monitor and manage census, admissions, discharges, utilization management, and service delivery metrics to support organizational growth
    <\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, accreditation, payer, and licensing requirements
    <\/li>
  • Partner with Clinical and Medical leadership to deliver safe, effective, evidence -based treatment services
    <\/li>
  • Oversee budget performance, labor management, and operational efficiency within the facility
    <\/li>
  • Lead crisis management, incident response, and risk mitigation initiatives
    <\/li>
  • Support recruitment, retention, succession planning, and leadership development across departments
    <\/li>
  • Serve as a primary liaison between facility leadership, executive leadership, regulatory agencies, referral partners, and community stakeholders
    <\/li>
  • Drive accountability and continuous improvement while ensuring consistent implementation of company policies and strategic initiatives
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    What you Bring<\/b>
    <\/div>
    • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field preferred
      <\/li>
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral healthcare, substance use disorder treatment, mental health services, or a related healthcare setting
      <\/li>
    • Minimum of 3 years of senior leadership experience with direct responsibility for multi -department operations, financial performance, and personnel management
      <\/li>
    • Experience managing licensed treatment programs, regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and payer requirements preferred
      <\/li>
    • Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, CSAC, RN, NP, MD, or equivalent) preferred but not required
      <\/li>
    • Strong knowledge of behavioral healthcare operations, ASAM criteria, and applicable healthcare regulations
      <\/li>
    • Demonstrated success leading organizational growth, operational improvement, and team development initiatives
      <\/li>
    • Proficiency with electronic health records, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications
      <\/li>
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between assigned facilities as needed
      <\/li><\/ul><\/span>

      Compensation and Schedule<\/b>

      • Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience
        <\/li>
      • Performance bonus: 20% quarterly bonus based on budget performance
        <\/li>
      • Schedule: Full -time | On -site | Salaried Exempt
