The Executive Director of Home Health and Hospice is responsible for total management, development, operation, and evaluation of the Home Care, Home Based Palliative Care, and Hospice Agency consistent with policies, procedures, and directives from the Governing Body. This position serves as Administrator of the Home Health Agency as well as the Hospice Program, meeting any applicable requirements of California regulations, Medicare regulations, and Accreditation Standards for Home Health and Hospice Care.
