The Executive Director for Strategic Initiatives and Operations provides leadership supporting the Senior Vice Provost for Strategic Enrollment and Student Success.
They coordinate cross-unit initiatives across Enrollment Management, Undergraduate Studies, Online Learning, and Global Engagement, ensuring timely execution aligned with institutional goals.
Responsibilities include developing implementation plans, representing leadership in meetings, managing decision processes, establishing performance metrics, and supporting strategic planning.
The role requires a Master’s degree, 10+ years of leadership experience in complex organizations, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include experience in higher education, enrollment management, or academic administration.
This full-time, day-shift position involves occasional evening/weekend work and requires discretion in high-visibility environments.
Salary range is approximately $130,000.
