The Executive Director oversees the daily operations of a senior living community, ensuring high-quality service, occupancy, and financial performance in compliance with regulations and company policies.
Qualifications include a relevant license (such as RI Certified Administrator or Licensed Nursing Home Administrator), a bachelor's degree preferred, and at least 3 years of experience in senior care. Strong communication, compassion for the elderly, leadership skills, and computer literacy are essential. Must pass background checks, meet health requirements, and hold a valid driver’s license.
