Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director on behalf of a growing provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a mid-sized Assisted Living community. The role is responsible for leading the team, supporting community relations, and being a champion of resident satisfaction.

What is needed for the position:

  • Active CA RCFE certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Executive Director
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance and budgets
  • Skills in developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the surrounding community
