Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director on behalf of a mid-sized Assisted Living community. The successful candidate for leading the team, supporting community relations, and being a champion of resident satisfaction.

What is needed for this position:

  • Active CA RCFE Certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assisted Living administrator
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Skills in developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the surrounding community
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance
  • Memory Care experience also a plus
