Job Summary
Summary:
As the Executive Director for Mass General Brigham professional clinical services in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology, you will champion a pursuit of clinical excellence across all acute units. This role ensures every patient experience transformative care that reflects our enterprise''s highest values and strategic ambitions. This role will continuously improve standards to elevate rehabilitative outcomes and patient/clinician engagement.

Qualifications
Education
Master's degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech language pathology is required; Master's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred.

Experience
Progressive leadership experience in rehabilitation services, ambulatory care, or clinical operations within a complex hospital system 5-7 years required and Demonstrated experience leading outpatient or ambulatory clinical programs across multiple sites 5-7 years required and Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and performance improvement 5-7 years required
