The Executive Director, Account Management is responsible for leading and executing the strategic vision for Tom Ford Beauty and Balmain in North America. This role serves as the key point of contact for retail partners and owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of account management to drive profitable growth across all channels. The leader will inspire and develop a high-performing team while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Education, Finance, and Global partners to optimize brand performance and deliver net and retail sales targets.

Pay Range ----------
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $154,000.00 to $264,750.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
