What You""ll Do
Build one of the most creatively distinctive brands in modern CPG
Build a creative world that feels unmistakably Slate across campaigns, social, retail, partnerships, product launches, packaging, and every consumer touchpoint
Lead creative from the first idea through final execution. Create work that's original, beautifully crafted, and built to strengthen the brand over time
Make the work. Concept, write, direct, and help produce everything from paid advertising and organic content to product launches, retail experiences, and partnerships
Champion original ideas. Protect what makes them special while navigating the realities of execution
Raise the creative standard across the company through taste, strong creative judgment, and high standards
Partner closely with marketing, ecommerce, product, partnerships, and leadership to ensure the brand shows up consistently wherever it appears

Company Background
In late 2017, Co-Founders Manny and Josh teamed up to help give chocolate milk a clean slate.
