This is a senior leadership role focused on elevating the quality, ambition, and effectiveness of large-scale creative work across multiple channels and platforms. Key Responsibilities
Lead and refine the overall creative direction across integrated campaigns spanning film, digital, experiential, and brand initiatives.
Set a high creative bar through hands-on leadership, mentorship, and direct involvement in concept development and execution.
Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into compelling creative outcomes.
Champion original thinking and challenge teams to push beyond safe or conventional solutions.
Guide multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment on vision, timelines, and quality expectations.
Develop and mentor senior creative talent, fostering an environment of accountability, curiosity, and creative excellence.
Stay deeply connected to shifts in culture, media, and visual storytelling to continuously raise the organization’s creative standard.
Experience
Proven experience leading integrated, large-scale campaigns with meaningful cultural reach
A track record of developing and guiding high-performing creative teams at the Creative Director, Group Creative Director, or Executive Creative Director level
Experience working within or alongside top-tier creative agencies or globally recognized brand environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction, campaign leadership, and storytelling across multiple formats
Comfort navigating both conceptual vision and operational execution
Ability to build trust and credibility with executive stakeholders and external partners
