Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
• Develop and innovate delicious menu items that reflect our Cajun, American and Seafood cuisine
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain efficiency
• Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic kitchen team to deliver excellent service
• Follow all health code protocol and procedures to a tee to ensure food quality and safety
• Hiring, guiding and developing the culinary staff around you
• Developing systems to control kitchen production and quality
• Collaborate with a motivated team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training preferred
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a like kitchen
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and styles
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
