Executive chef/kitchen manager

Executive chef/kitchen manager will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant. Including but not limited to the following duties.. scheduling, ordering, following the health code to the T, training of staff, food cost, labor cost, menu building, inventory, etc. we are looking for a hard working high energy leader who can maintain the proven concept and also elevate it.
