Executive chef/kitchen Manager

Looking for dependable, motivated and positive thinking individuals with strong leadership traits for a very busy fast paced scratch kitchen.  Prior management experience is a must. Have to be available on weekends and hollidays. Must have your serv safe managers certificate. You will be responsible for hiring, scheduling, ordering, menu planning,  and the complete day to day operations of the restaurant. Breakfast experience preferred.
