Seeking an Executive Chef & Director of Culinary Experience to lead a multi-venue, luxury culinary program focused on elevated dining experiences.
Responsibilities include
- Overseeing all culinary operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality standards;
- Developing seasonal menus with locally sourced ingredients and modern techniques;
- Managing special events, chef demonstrations, and resident engagement;
- Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance;
- Handling budgeting, cost controls, vendor relations, and inventory management;
- Leading and mentoring a culinary team to foster creativity and excellence;
- Partnering with hospitality teams to enhance resident satisfaction and community experiences.
Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years in executive culinary leadership within luxury or high-volume settings, culinary degree or equivalent, strong financial skills, and expertise in modern culinary techniques and event catering.
