Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an Executive Chef 1 to oversee the culinary for aa dynamic corporate dining program at St. Gobain in Malvern, PA. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys full ownership of a multifaceted food operation.

 

About the Role

As the the lead chef on site, you will oversee the culinary for a modern café, and catering operation. You’ll serve as the primary culinary person while leading a small, dedicated team and delivering an exceptional workplace dining experience.

Incentives

M-F 6am to 4pm with some evenings, no weekends

  • Execute inspired menu offerings that delight guests
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of cooks
  • Oversee ordering, inventory, and kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
  • Drive exceptional catering production for executive and client events

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
