What You’ll Do Lead both the people and the performance of your center—balancing education, operations, and business goals.

People Leadership

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a strong, engaged team
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable culture
  • Deliver coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Serve as a trusted partner to staff and families
Enrollment & Growth

  • Execute marketing and community outreach strategies
  • Lead tours and convert prospective families
  • Drive enrollment and retention through strong relationships and service
  • Monitor trends and adjust strategies using data
Operations & Financial Performance

  • Manage budgets, P&L, and enrollment targets
  • Ensure accurate billing, payroll, and financial compliance
  • Optimize staffing and operational efficiency
Quality & Compliance

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant center
  • Uphold licensing standards and health/safety protocols
  • Ensure classrooms, records, and systems meet brand expectations
Qualifications

  • 1+ years of leadership experience (2+ preferred)
  • Required Director Credential and licensing compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education and regulations
Compensation: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
