Overview:

Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Benefits Producer to join our team. This role specializes in designing, selling, and managing executive benefit programs tailored to meet the needs of highly compensated employees and key executives within organizations.  This includes but is not limited to non-qualified deferred compensation plans, supplemental executive retirement plans (SERPs), COLI, Executive DI, and other benefits funded through life insurance or other financial instruments. This role is both consultative and sales-driven, requiring expertise in executive compensation, tax strategies, and insurance solutions.

How you'll make an impact:

Client Development and Relationship Management

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with corporate clients, focusing on executive benefit solutions addressing specific needs to retain and attract top talent within their respective organization and market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and prospects. 

Plan Design and Implementation

  • Collaborate with clients to design customized plans that align with their organizational goals and executive retention strategies.
  • Work with our internal team of plan designers, underwriters, and service associates to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Work with carrier partners to obtain favorable underwriting and pricing for clients.

Market Expertise and Strategy

  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to executive benefits and life insurance products.
  • Be seen as an expert in executive benefits solutions and their role within various industry verticals and markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
About you:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications such as CLU, ChFC, or CFP preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive benefits, life insurance sales, or a related field.
  • Life insurance license required.  Series 6/7 is STRONGLY preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Deep understanding of executive benefit plans, strategies and life insurance products.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and plan design tools.

 

Compensation and benefits:

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
