Executive Benefits Producer - National Healthcare
Aon is seeking an Executive Benefits Producer focused on national healthcare accounts. This is a sales-driven role responsible for originating, developing, and growing relationships with health systems, physician groups, payers, and other provider organizations across the U.S. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging C-suite leaders and Boards, shaping strategy, and driving measurable growth. This role can be based out of one of our offices in the US.

How We Support Our Colleagues
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
