Executive Assistant We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role requires professionalism, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to the President and Vice President Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements Screen and direct incoming calls and correspondence Prepare meeting rooms and materials for conferences and presentations Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate equipment ordering Provide basic IT troubleshooting support as needed Assist and support office personnel across departments Update and maintain company manuals and handbooks Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role Strong communication skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Publisher and MS Project is a plus Excellent typing, data entry, and advanced word processing skills Ability to create professional presentations, including charts and data visuals Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Strong grammar, proofreading, and writing abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions Positive, energetic attitude with a proactive mindset Team-oriented with a willingness to support others Knowledge of marketing or graphic design is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour (DOE) Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time) Benefits include:
