Zukin Realty is seeking an Executive Assistant who can serve as a trusted partner to our President while helping keep key business operations, commercial properties, and strategic initiatives moving forward. This is more than a traditional administrative role. You'll gain exposure to commercial real estate operations, executive decision-making, leasing activities, and business growth initiatives while becoming an integral part of a close-knit, enterprising team. Compensation: • Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 • Health Benefits • 401(k) • Paid Time Off • Professional Growth & Development • Opportunity to Work Directly with Company Leadership Responsibilities: Executive Support • Manage the President's calendar, priorities, appointments, and travel arrangements • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items • Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations • Organize and maintain confidential business records and documentation • Serve as a primary point of contact between the President and key stakeholders • Assist with special projects and strategic business initiatives Operations & Property Coordination • Help monitor key activities across a commercial real estate portfolio • Coordinate with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal team members • Track lease deadlines, renewals, and important property-related milestones • Assist with property improvement projects and vendor coordination • Support reporting, budgeting, and operational tracking efforts • Help identify issues and opportunities to improve efficiency and tenant experience Marketing & Leasing Support • Coordinate marketing efforts for available commercial properties • Assist with listing management, signage, and broker communications • Support leasing activities by coordinating inquiries and property showings • Help maintain a strong market presence during vacancy periods Qualifications: • Experience supporting executives, business owners, or leadership teams • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing attention to detail • High level of professionalism, discretion, and follow-through • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities • Experience in real estate, property management, legal, or operations environments is a plus • Experience with AppFolio or similar systems is helpful but not required • Real Estate License is a plus, but not required Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
