POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the President, the Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President. This position also serves as a liaison to the Board of Trustees and senior leadership team, organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversees special projects housed in the President's office. The Executive Assistant must be able to work under pressure and deal with highly sensitive and confidential issues that require a high standard of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.

Thorough knowledge of presidential duties and priorities and knowledge of the functions of the Presidents Office.

Advanced ability to interpret, communicate and apply policies and procedures.
Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and understandable manner, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to develop event programs based on knowledge of University protocol and donor relations.
Ability to coordinate and plan complex events involving cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of and technical skills in Office 365- specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of/or Familiarity with the following computer applications: Slack, Canva, Planning Center Online, Sharepoint, and Bill.com is preferred.
